Abstract

As a crucial aspect in facilitating a smooth transition and sustainable development of family wealth, intergenerational inheritance plays a significant role in safeguarding the control of family businesses, ensuring the orderly handover of family assets, and maintaining asset security. To strengthen the protection of intergenerational inheritance of family wealth, families not only need to collaborate with relevant institutions to optimize wealth management models but also need to refine inheritance paths in accordance with laws and regulations. This approach effectively addresses the contradictions and risks faced in the intergenerational inheritance of family wealth, thereby enhancing adaptability across generations. Based on this, this paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing wealth management models and inheritance paths in intergenerational inheritance of family wealth, and proposes optimization strategies for both management models and inheritance paths. These strategies lay a solid foundation for innovating in the intergenerational inheritance of family wealth.
