Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of low-dose contrast agents on the image quality of patients with chest pain triad during one-stop CT scanning. Sixty patients with chest pain triad admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were included as the research subjects. groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the imaging quality and diagnostic status of coronary and pulmonary arteries between the two groups of patients (P>0.05), but the incidence of contrast agent nephropathy during the scanning process in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, the use of low-dose contrast agents during one-stop CT scanning for patients with chest pain triad has a good image quality maintenance effect, improves diagnostic accuracy, provides reference for clinical treatment, and reduces the occurrence of contrast agent nephropathy, with high safety.
