Abstract
During the manufacturing process of automobiles, front-end quality risks often lie hidden in aspects such as design mismatch, process discontinuity, and parameter fluctuations. Once entering the mass production stage, it becomes difficult to trace back. From a system engineering perspective, risks can be identified at the coupling nodes of design and process before they occur. A multi-dimensional path mechanism covering structural coordination, process monitoring, and control feedback can be constructed. In typical processes such as welding, painting, and assembly, combined with the QFD matrix and parameter tracking strategies, a control logic oriented towards the source can be formed, which helps to shorten the quality deviation transmission chain and enhance the consistency and stability of vehicle manufacturing. This paper focuses on core processes and conducts control strategy verification based on engineering scenarios. A front-end quality control model with clear paths, controllable structure, and precise data response is proposed, laying a technical foundation for the stabilization of subsequent processes and the integration of intelligent manufacturing.
