Abstract
In recent years, digital and intelligent humanities have become a key support for promoting cultural innovation in university student management. Grounded in the fundamental mission of cultivating virtue and nurturing talent, this paper elucidates the core connotations of digital and intelligent humanities driving student management culture in higher education institutions, analyzes the comprehensive paradigm transformation across concepts, structures, and processes, and proposes strategic pathways from three dimensions: value consensus, technological platforms, and institutional systems. The study demonstrates that the deep integration of digital and intelligent humanities with student management culture can advance student management from traditional control to precise governance and from experience-based practices to science-driven empowerment. Upholding the unity of digital-intelligence empowerment and humanistic leadership contributes to enhancing the quality of education and governance in universities, providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the mod-ernization of student management.
