Abstract
This paper examines the ethical challenges involved in the digitalization and international dissemination of Jingchu cultural terms through machine translation. There are still theoretical and practical deficiencies in the ethical digital processing of regional cultural terms, especially a lack of a systematic framework for the terms of Jingchu Culture. The paper takes the international dissemination of Jingchu cultural terms as the research aim. It integrates translation studies, cultural semantics, and computational linguistics, and constructs a trinity theory of "technical feasibility, cultural fidelity, and ethical compliance", proposing a cross-disciplinary method of "terminological research, semantic deconstruction, and ethical mapping". The study builds a multimodal digital resource system and ethical constraint mechanism for Jingchu cultural terms, establishes a multi-dimensional evaluation system including cultural fidelity and ethical compliance, and resolves the problems of semantic distortion, ethical deviation, and the "two layers" issue of technical ethics in machine translation. The results can provide a model for the precise translation of Jingchu Culture, promote the transformation of translation education towards value orientation, and offer theoretical references and practical paths for the digital international dissemination of regional cultural heritages.
