Research on the Application of Green Chemical Engineering Technology in Chemical Engineering Processes

Abstract

Rapid economic development and continuous social progress have promoted the development and construction of various industries in China. However, this has also impacted the natural environment and ecological balance, particularly evident in the chemical industry. The processing and wastewater discharge from the chemical industry causes severe environmental pollution, and since the environment is the primary habitat for human beings, its environmental protection is of paramount importance. In recent years, China's environmental degradation has become increasingly serious, prompting a greater awareness of environmental protection among all sectors of society. How to improve the environmental pollution situation caused by the chemical industry has become an urgent issue for relevant departments. Based on this, this article combines the concepts of green chemical technology and chemical engineering, analyzes the importance of green chemical technology in energy conservation, briefly discusses the specific principles and requirements of green chemical technology, and studies the practical application of green chemical technology in chemical engineering processes, aiming to provide a reference for China's environmental protection construction.
