Research on the Development History of Guangdong-funded Window Enterprises in Hong Kong and Macau

Abstract

The thesis first expounds that Cantonese businessmen have been keen on foreign trade since ancient times, the role of Hong Kong and Macao as a window to the outside world, and the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy is the background for the establishment of Guangdong-funded window enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao in the early days of reform and opening up, and then reviews the establishment and development history of Guangdong-funded win-dow enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao. Finally, the role of establishing Guangdong-funded window enterprises in Hong Kong and Macao is to maintain the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao, promote foreign trade, introduce capital, technology and management experience for the mainland, and improve the internal governance mechanism of enterprises.
