An Analysis of the Integration of AI Technology with Business English Learning

Abstract

Today, business English has been widely used and business English skills become the essential competencies in business field. Since the birth of ChatGPT, artificial intelligence (AI) technology has greatly changed the world, and its integration with the education sector has gained great popularity. To keep pace with these remarkable changes, it is proposed that traditional business English learning should integrate with AI technology to improve the efficiency of business English learning. This paper conducts research on the compatibility between AI technologies and business English learning, studies the different ways of applying these technologies in the study of business English, and suggests various approaches of using AI to empower business English learning, including designing AI-empowered learning platforms and assessment systems, and generating AI-empowered business scenarios. This paper aims to propose AI-empowered personalized solutions for business English learners.
