Abstract

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of camrelizumab combined with lenvatinib in patients with advanced liver cancer and its effects on T lymphocyte subsets. Methods: A total of 80 patients with advanced liver cancer who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected for retrospective analysis. Forty patients in the control group received lenvatinib treatment, while 40 patients in the observation group received camrelizumab combined with lenvatinib. The clinical efficacy and improvement in T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the objective response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The percentages of CD3+ and CD4+ T cells and the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the percentage of CD8+ T cells was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Camrelizumab combined with lenvatinib shows significant therapeutic effects in patients with advanced liver cancer and can effectively improve T lymphocyte subsets.
