Abstract
Urban rail transit engineering is a comprehensive and systematic engineering project, involving a number of types of work and professional. While realizing resource intensive management, it provides a safe, convenient, environmental pro-tection and comfortable transportation service mode for the city. This is such a convenient and efficient project. In the process of project construction, it has the characteristics of large investment, long construction cycle, high investment risk, strong professional construction engineering, complex engineering system, and great impact on the society and construction units. There are a lot of project contents, construction design and urban construction units involved, and in these numerous contents and relationships, they are mainly maintained through multiple contracts involved in the project. Therefore, it is particularly important to discuss the relevant content of the whole process management of the urban rail transit project contract.
