Abstract
This study focused on adolescent badminton players and explored the path for cultivating psychological resilience in core training for smash power. By using literature review, logical analysis, and experimental methods, combined with the physical and mental development laws of teenagers and the characteristics of the sport, the psychological load characteristics, such as psychological exhaustion, technical breakthrough bottlenecks, and competitive environment pressure in the training, were analyzed. A three-dimensional cultivation path of cognitive regulation, emotion management, and behavior shaping was constructed. Twenty players aged 13-15 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group for a 12-week intervention experiment. The experimental group incorporated the three-dimensional cultivation path, while the control group only received regular training. The results showed that the improvement in shot-strike speed and psychological resilience scores of the experimental group was significantly greater than that of the control group, confirming that this cultivation path can effectively enhance the psychological resilience of athletes and improve the training effect of smash power. The study aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for enhancing both the specialized competitive abilities and psychological qualities of young badminton players.
