Abstract

This paper aims to systematically explore the innovative application of excellent traditional Chinese culture in the contemporary construction of the rule of law. The study first reviews the core governance wisdom found in traditional culture, such as “the co-governance of virtue and law”, “valuing harmony”, and “the people being the foundation of the state”. It then constructs specific pathways for its innovative transformation across the entire process of rule of law, including legislation, judicature, law enforcement, and legal popularization. By analyzing typical cases, it summarizes practical experiences and challenges. Finally, it proposes systematic and operable transformation mechanisms and development directions, hoping to provide cultural support for enriching the theory and practice of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
