Abstract
Objective: To observe the application value of risk care in the treatment of complex renal calculi with minimally invasive surgery. Methods: A total of 50 patients with complex renal calculi who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group evenly, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with risk nursing. Results: After nursing, the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 16.00%. The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The quality of life (QOL) score of the observation group was (94.80 ± 0.84) points, and the QOL score of the control group was (73.73 ± 1.28) points. The difference in QOL scores was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.00%, and the satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group was 80.00%. The difference in satisfaction rate of nursing was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Risk nursing can reduce the incidence of complications in patients with complex renal calculi treated with minimally invasive surgery, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve their satisfaction with nursing. The application value is significant.
