Abstract

This paper seeks to investigate the institutionalized forced labor sector and the forms it has received in recent years from an international and European perspective. The legislation is varied. The varied initiatives point to the foundations of the new Regulation (EU) n. 2024/3015 as a basis that has included schemes that belong to international trade policy. This is a perspective that characterizes the birth of the ILO. The Union, on the other hand, relies on the traditional work carried out, however, trying to legally bind regulations that deal with the ongoing fight against forced labor.
