Abstract
This study adopts a theoretical research framework that integrates interdisciplinary perspectives from supply chain management, digital transformation, and operational resilience to examine how supplier management can be improved in global interconnected supply networks that rely on digitization and intelligent approaches. It aims to enable efficient, resilient independent operations despite limited information transparency across network nodes, focusing on enhancing operational flexibility and adaptive capacity by addressing three critical issues: first, the complexity of integrating heterogeneous data from diverse collaborative enterprise sources; second, how enterprises can rapidly improve response capabilities when operational failures occur and suppliers face uncertainties or become non-responsive; third, how to bridge technical gaps through advanced data modeling, intelligent algorithmic optimization, and real-time anomaly detection mechanisms.
