Abstract

Sexting is the sending and receiving of sexually explicit messages or pictures, including content such as messages, photographs, or recordings. Such messages can be exchanged with companions, boyfriends, girlfriends, and online acquaintances. Sexting happens through technology – cell phones, apps, emails, social media, or webcams.
