Abstract

The rapid development of IoT (Internet of Things) technology and smart home systems has brought a lot of convenience to people's lives. Digital twin technology is a bridge between physical devices and virtual models, and the modeling of household appliances based on digital twin technology can make up for the shortcomings of smart homes in energy consumption monitoring and prediction. This project will focus on small refrigerators, which are commonly used household appliances, and model them with lightweight digital twins. This paper describes that, according to the daily operation of the refrigerator, on the basis of not changing the internal structure and control strategy, a series of relevant sensors are set up to collect various data, such as temperature and humidity, current and voltage, etc., when the refrigerator is in operation. Considering the user's behavior, this paper designs a series of experiments to analyze the impact of door opening and closing and load type on the energy consumption of the refrigerator during daily operation, and puts these experimental data into MATLAB for mathematical model construction, obtaining a more accurate energy consumption model for the prediction of the energy loss and consumption of the refrigerator. Finally, the WeChat mini-programme designed in this paper can integrate all data display, energy consumption analysis, and prediction functions. Through such a user-interactive interface, real-time monitoring of this refrigerator by the user at any time and from anywhere is realized. At the same time, the lightweight digital twin model established will also give the user the estimated energy consumption value, as well as suggestions for relevant energy-saving measures.
