Abstract
Based on the engineering background of the highway construction case of Chinese enterprises in Bolivia, the international trade risks involved in the process of highway project development are focused on in this paper. In view of the influence of the environment and international situation of the country where the project is located in, the international trade risks in the development of the Yukumo project come from many aspects, such as geographical location, transportation and loading, exchange rate changes, tariffs, foreign currency transaction taxes and something like that, which run through the whole process of project development from project bidding and quotation to project inspection and completion. All the risks are systematically analyzed, and the related risk prevention measures are put forward. The investigation has important reference value for overseas enterprises in China to further promote and deepen project cooperation in Bolivia and South America.
