Abstract

Reading scientific papers in geotechnical engineering mechanics is one important way for people to get to know new methods and advanced technologies that are used in international geotechnical engineering work. This study looks at the language features found in vocabulary and how sentences are put together in geotechnical engineering mechanics, and it centers on checking out what translation methods work for this kind of text. The main goal of this work is to help people get past the reading problems they face with English scientific papers, and also make their reading speed and overall efficiency better.
