Abstract

Objective To analyze the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of bladder function in patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods 104 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury were selected as the study sample, and the time period was from March 2021 to March 2022. 104 patients were randomly numbered according to the number of 1 to 104. The odd and even numbers were divided into one group for routine nursing; Acupuncture and moxibustion com-bined with rehabilitation nursing were carried out in the two groups, and their comprehensive effects were compared. Results The two groups were better than the first group in terms of the indexes (abdominal distension score, dysuria score and complications), and the experimental results were excellent. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation nursing mode is effective in bladder recovery of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury, and has clinical promotion value.
