Abstract

Against the backdrop of the deepening expansion of education opening up in the new era, how to effectively implement the fundamental task of “fostering virtue through education” in Sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions has become a critical issue in the development of higher education internationalization. Based on the unique characteristics of Sino-foreign cooperative education and student development patterns, Ulster College of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology has constructed and practiced the “Three-Wide Education” 12345 model. By adhering to one core concept, focusing on two key cultivation areas, addressing three pairs of relationships, establishing four institutional safeguards, and creating five educational platforms, the college has formed a systematic and collaborative educational work system, providing valuable insights for similar institutions.
