Abstract

The 2024 National Education Work Conference once again emphasized strengthening science and technology education to lay a solid foundation for cultivating top-notch innovative talents. Blended teaching broadens the teaching content through online teaching, deepens the teaching depth by relying on offline teaching, and integrates three forms: online teaching, face-to-face teaching, and auxiliary teaching. Realize personalized teaching and provide high-quality cultivation paths for top-notch talents. Based on this, this study takes the preschool education course in colleges and universities as a case, elaborating on the reform plan and implementation process of the course from aspects such as teaching objectives, teaching models, teaching methods, teaching resources, and teaching evaluation, providing theoretical support and practical reference for improving the quality of top-notch talent cultivation in colleges and universities under the background of educational informatization. This study aims to provide theoretical support for the integration of educational informatization and higher education teaching reform. It also offers practical references for colleges and universities to enhance the quality of top-notch talent cultivation, further responding to the national strategic demand for innovative talents in the new era.
