Abstract
Objective: To investigate the risk factors of persistent Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in Chinese women. Methods: The CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CN journals, PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched, and a total of 13 published studies related to high-risk Human papillomavirus (HPV) susceptibility in Chinese women were collected. The 13 included studies were organized, counted, and analyzed individually. Results: After meta-analysis, the risk factors for persistent infection of high-risk HPV in Chinese women were identified as follows: age > 30 years, education in high school or below, age at first sexual life ≤20 years, number of sexual partners > 1, history of cervical disease or family history, and number of pregnancies > 2. Conclusion: The main risk factors for persistent infection of high-risk HPV in Chinese women are old age, low education, age of first sexual life ≤20 years, number of sexual partners > 1, personal history of cervical disease or family history, and number of pregnancies > 2.
