Abstract

Amidst deepening globalization, rapid digital advancement, and an increasingly complex and volatile international environment, high-quality translation and communication play a crucial role in enhancing a country’s international discourse power and influence, as well as in fostering mutual learning and exchange among civilizations. To cultivate versatile, innovative, and high-level professionals in translation and communication who integrate knowledge, skills, and a broad vision, it is essential to further strengthen the development of New Liberal Arts, deepen disciplinary connotation, leverage digital empowerment, promote industry-education collaboration, and uphold a stance that balances national identity with a global perspective.
