Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of mannitol combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on inflammatory factors, and to analyze its effect on the expression of serum IL-18, CD36, and CD44. Methods: A total of 98 patients diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were included, and divided into two groups (both 49 cases), the control group was treated conventionally, and the observation group was treated with mannitol combined with antihypertensive drugs, for a total of 14 days of treatment, the effect was observed, and the expression of IL-18, CD36 and CD44 in serum before and after treatment was detected by ELISA, and its changes were analyzed. Results: The marked efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment, and the NIHSS scores of the two groups after treatment decreased, but the observation group decreased more significantly. After treatment, the expression levels of IL-18 and CD36 in the serum of the two groups decreased, but the decrease in values was more significant in the observation group. And there was no significant difference in the decrease value of CD44 between the two groups. Conclusion: The effect of mannitol combined with antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is obvious, and it can reduce the expression of serum IL-18 and CD36, which has certain value in maintaining the balance of cytokines in the internal environment.
