Immunological Examination of Hepatitis A and Hepatitis E in Infectious Diseases

Abstract

Objective To explore the immunological test results of hepatitis A and hepatitis E in infectious diseases. Methods This research needs to use the sample survey method to select the research objects. The sampling time is from December 2020 to December 2021. The sample is the hepatitis A and hepatitis E patients who have been confirmed clinically diagnosed infectious diseases. The sampling quantity is 120, 60 of them will be included in the experimental group, the chemiluminescence method is used to detect, the remaining 60 cases are included in the control group, and the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay is used to detect. The examination results of the two groups of patients were collected to compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two detection methods. Results After testing, we can see that the accuracy rate of chemiluminescence detection of infectious diseases in hepatitis B and hepatitis E is significantly higher in the experimental group than that in the control group by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Through the comparison of the above research data, we can know that chemiluminescence can detect and diagnose hepatitis A and hepatitis E in infectious diseases, providing reliable reference for early symptomatic treat-ment of patients, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
