Abstract
Intelligent recommendation algorithm is widely used in all kinds of information platforms, and the cocoon effect of user information is becoming increasingly prominent. Information acquisition is single, and the perspective is limited. This study analyzes the modeling of user behavior and the content push mechanism of the intelligent recommendation algorithm, and discusses the formation mechanism and risk of the cocoon effect. This paper introduces the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data, a cross-recommendation mechanism, and a user interest disturbance strategy, and proposes a feasible path to break through the information cocoon effect. The research strives to balance the efficiency of the algorithm and the multiple needs of users, promote information diversity and expand user cognition, and promote the optimization and healthy development of the intelligent recommendation system.
