Abstract

Objective: To observe the impact of targeted nursing intervention on stress response and complications in tuberculosis patients with hemoptysis. Methods: A total of 100 patients admitted from March 2024 to February 2025 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received additional targeted nursing intervention. The levels of COR, NE, and E before and after intervention, scores of HAMA and HAMD, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the levels of COR, NE, and E in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P < 0.05), and the decreases in HAMA and HAMD scores were more significant (all P < 0.001). The incidence of complications in the observation group (8.00%) was lower than that in the control group (24.00%) (P = 0.025). Conclusion: Targeted nursing intervention can effectively reduce the stress response, improve negative emotions, and lower the incidence of complications in tuberculosis patients with hemoptysis, which has high clinical promotion value.
