At present, With the rapid economic development of China and Russia, the Strategic partnership of coordination between China and Russia has reached an unprecedented height, and China and Russia have carried out extensive, indepth and fruitful cultural exchanges. The urban culture of China and Russia has distinct characteristics. Based on the relationship between friendly neighbors, it is of profound significance for both sides to learn from each other’s advantages in urban construction. Based on the theory of culturology, this paper selects the most representative cities of China and Russia (Beijing and Moscow) to compare the urban cultures. For Russian learners, it is very important to understand the culture of the two countries, not only to feel the charm and elegant demeanor of Russian city culture, but also to explore the uniqueness of their own city culture.
