Abstract

In order to better stand in the society and ensure that China has a broader development space, we must pay attention to the construction of a socialist country under the rule of law with Chinese characteristics and build a perfect rule of law system. Therefore, this paper will focus on the construction of the rule of law and the path of legal personnel training as the theme to carry out the analysis, through a detailed understanding of the basic requirements for the construction of the rule of law, and put forward the feasible countermeasures for the cultivation of legal personnel.
