Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization, cultural internationalization has become a key path to enhance national soft power and cultural self-confidence. This paper takes the new transit visa-free policy as the starting point to explore its role in promoting the internationalization process of Qilu culture. Through literature review, policy analysis, case studies, and other methods, this paper systematically sorts out the effectiveness and pathways of the new transit visa-free policy in empowering the internationalization of Qilu Culture, taking Jinan, Qingdao, and Weihai as examples. The results show that the new transit visa-free policy provides an important opportunity for Qilu culture to go global, but it also faces challenges in terms of consumption and humanistic care imbalance, service shortcomings, insufficient awareness of policies and international marketing, and puts forward targeted strategic suggestions. The purpose of this paper is to provide references and practical guidance for policymakers, cultural industry practitioners, and relevant researchers, and to help Qilu culture achieve wider and deeper dissemination and development on the international stage.
