Abstract

Against the backdrop of the digital transformation of education becoming a core issue in global educational reform, teachers' digital leadership is crucial for achieving the digital transformation of education. This study took 442 articles in the WOS Core collection database from 2014 to 2024 and 573 articles in CNKI academic journals as samples, and used CiteSpace 6.4.R1 for atlas analysis. The research finds that the number of published papers in China and abroad continues to increase. Domestic research focuses on information leadership and the practice of educational informatization, concentrating on aspects such as the application of digital technology by teachers. Foreign research focuses on the role of teachers' digital leadership in school management and transformation, emphasizing theoretical construction and internationalization. The keyword clustering in China and abroad can be divided into three aspects: digital leadership and educational management, educational transformation and technological integration, and teacher training and development improvement. In China, it focuses on practice and group characteristics, while abroad, it emphasizes theoretical frameworks and international perspectives. Based on this, the research proposes suggestions for deepening the coordination between theoretical construction and practice, promoting the path of deep integration and innovation, and improving the hierarchical system and balanced strategies.
