Abstract
This study addresses critical challenges in talent cultivation for railway communication specialties within higher vocational education, including insufficient job alignment, curricular obsolescence, inefficient conversion of competition resources, and disjointed certification evaluation. We propose an integrative strategy connecting four core elements: occupational posts, curriculum design, skill competitions, and professional certifications. Through systematic analysis of intrinsic connections between industry demands, educational frameworks, technical contests, and vocational credentials, the research identifies existing gaps in multidimensional coordination mechanisms and delayed updates in instructional resources. A closed-loop competency development system is constructed, anchored in job role requirements. Our methodology features: 1) Modular curriculum restructuring guided by industry post specifications, incorporating dynamic updates of technical standards into teaching practices; 2) Pedagogical innovation through competition resource utilization, transforming technical challenges into practical training modules; 3) Mutual recognition mechanisms between certification standards and academic credits; 4) Industry-education collaborative platforms enabling real-time curriculum adjustments. This framework provides actionable solutions for deepening industry-education integration and enhancing graduate competitiveness in railway communication fields, offering paradigmatic value for vocational education reform.
