Abstract
This paper systematically analyzes the vibration shutdown failure of the centrifuge, the core equipment of a factory's production unit, through maintenance practice, finds out the root cause of the centrifuge vibration and formulates a solution, summarizes a set of inspection, operation, and maintenance measures, thereby ensuring the reliable operation of the equipment.
