Abstract

Dual-drive electric push rod loading synchronization control technology is mainly used in application scenarios with multiple electric push rods, such as furniture office desk electric push rods, medical bed electric push rods, solar tracker electric push rods and other applications. In order to understand the dual-drive electric push rod loading synchronization control technology. The dual-drive electric push rod loading synchronization control technology is that the movement of the two axes is consistent. To achieve the position synchronization of the two axes, it is necessary to start synchronization, stop synchronization, speed synchronization, and acceleration synchronization. The system adopts electronic synchronization control technology, the core of which is the precise control of the controller and the precise positioning of each servo axis. Based on the dedicated gantry loading mechanism, this paper adopts the dual-drive electric push rod loading synchronization control technology, and completes the synchronization control and reliability of the loading process through the semi-closed loop control method of the dual encoding device, linear interpolation, synchronous tolerance triple redundant software protection control, hardware tolerance and other methods.
