The PCB Circuit Board Design Driven by the DC Motor

Abstract
In the research task of customer positioning and coordination management equipment for high-altitude high-voltage live-line operations, the mobile equipment's ascending movement and rotational movement are driven by two different DC motors. Both power supplies have forward and reverse functions. In order to prevent excessive costs, inverter control is selected. From the perspective of practice and application, the paper studies the way to fix relays in the design of relays and control circuits, proposes the use of PCB boards as fixed base plates, and uses the high rated current design theory and practical research methods of PCB boards, which provides theoretical basis and practical basis for the design of high rated current PCB control boards.
