To Investigate the Clinical Value of Cardiac Color Doppler Ultrasound (CDFI) in the Diagnosis of Chronic Cardiac Failure

Abstract
Objective: Explore the clinical value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound (CDFI) in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: During the period from May 2023 to May 2024,90 CHF patients and 90 healthy examination patients were included in the hospital that participated in the study, set as the study group and the control group, respectively. Both participants were informed about the study and signed the consent form. The two groups underwent CDFI examination to compare the two cardiac function indicators and the cardiac function indicators of patients with different NYHA grades. Results: The level of LVEF index in the study group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05), and the levels of LAD, LVDD, and LVDS in the study group were higher than the control group (P < 0.05). LVEF was higher than grade (P < 0.05), LVEF was higher than grade (P < 0.05); LAD, LVDD, and LVDS were lower than patients (P < 0.05), and LAD, LVDD, and LVDS were lower than grade (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Cardiac CDFI has a high val-ue in diagnosing CHF and can assess cardiac functional grade.
