Abstract
Objective: To explore the influence of rehabilitation care mode after FTS on the psychological status and rehabilitation quality of patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods: Ten patients were included in the study sample during the study period, and the patient admission period was from January 2023 to June 2024. Based on the principle of a random number table, patients were divided into control and observation groups with 50 patients in each group. The control group received usual care, and the observation group received the FTS postoperative rehabilitation care model on the basis of usual care. Compare the mental status and hip function improvement between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, the psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Before discharge, the hip function score was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: The FTS postoperative rehabilitation nursing mode is applied to patients with femoral neck fracture surgery, which can reduce anxiety and depression and improve hip function.
