Abstract

With the ongoing advancement of national educational concepts, the public is increasingly concerned about teachers' educational management practices. In particular, the issue of positive discipline among primary and secondary school teachers has been frequently highlighted by social opinion. While this scrutiny has, to some extent, encouraged the standardization of positive discipline in these schools, it has also led to a certain degree of cognitive bias among the public regarding its benefits. Consequently, there has been a noticeable phenomenon of teachers adopting a "lying flat primary and secondary school teachers either distance themselves from or consciously downplay the positive impact of discipline on students' healthy development during the educational management process. Therefore, in order to guarantee the positive discipline of primary and secondary school teachers, this paper takes the relevant laws and regulations as the research basis, conducts a multilevel analysis of the realistic dilemmas faced by primary and secondary school teachers' positive discipline, and provides a path of rule of law for the construction of positive discipline norms from the aspects of improving the normative system of positive discipline, improving the teachers' educational literacy, and guiding the society to set up a correct cognition of positive discipline, etc., so as to ensure that primary and secondary school teachers can fully play the positive role of positive discipline, which has a good effect. This will ensure that primary and secondary school teachers give full play to the positive role of positive discipline.
