Abstract

China has now entered the era of big data. The wide application of big data has brought about significant changes in various fields of our country. This article is based on the construction of an integrated public data platform for local governments. Firstly, it clarifies the concept of a public data platform. Then, it briefly describes the current situation of the construction of related platforms by local governments across the country. It analyzes the difficulties encountered in the construction, improvement, and application of various public data platforms in the past year and explores their underlying causes. It also draws on the beneficial achievements of the Zhejiang provincial government in the construction of an integrated public data platform, which has created the "Zhejiang Experience" in digital government. This provides practical and reliable references for the construction of public data platforms by local governments in China at present, thereby optimizing the paths and processes of the construction of related platforms by local governments in China and facilitating the transformation and construction of digital government in our country.
