Abstract

Objective: To study the hierarchical management model of three-child policy and Internet + in obstetric services. Methods: A total of 100 pregnant women hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were collected and divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50) according to computer randomization method. The control group was given routine obstetric services, and the observation group was given Internet + combined hierarchical management mode, and the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results: The duration of the first, second and third stages of labor in the control group was longer than that in the observation group (P < 0.05). The control group had lower vaginal delivery rate and higher complication rate (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of three-child policy and Internet + layered management model in obstetric services can improve maternal pregnancy outcomes and has clinical promotion value.
