Abstract

The intangible cultural heritage within the realm of cross-cultural communication stands as an essential bearer of Chinese civilization and a primary mode for the inheritance and practice of China's outstanding traditional culture. Consider Anshan's intangible cultural translation. Fundamentally, it is a kind of cultural communication. Translating intangible cultural heritage acts as a powerful vehicle to introduce Chinese culture to the global stage. This holds tremendous significance for amplifying the influence of Chinese civilization. High-quality translations can enable international audiences to gain a deeper understanding of Anshan's traditional culture and fully experience the unique allure of China's excellent traditional culture. From the perspective of cross-cultural communication, this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis and in-depth study of the basic current situation, the significance of existing problems, and corresponding countermeasures regarding Anshan's intangible cultural heritage. It also advocates that we should pay close attention to the dissemination and development of Anshan's intangible cultural heritage and expedite the forging of an international communication path for it as soon as possible.
