Abstract

With the continuous deepening of Sino-Saudi relations, cooperation between the two countries in the economic field has steadily strengthened, while cultural exchanges have become increasingly diverse. Against this backdrop, the popularity of Chinese language education in Saudi Arabia has been on the rise. The promotion of Chinese language education has not only enhanced Saudi citizens' understanding of Chinese culture but has also fostered the dissemination of Chinese culture within Saudi Arabia. The Saudi government has launched a series of supportive policies for Chinese language education, thereby advancing people-to-people exchanges and cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia and strengthening mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. Recently, the Saudi Ministry of Education officially announced the inclusion of Chinese language courses in the primary and secondary school curriculum, establishing it as one of the primary instructional languages to cultivate students' fundamental skills in Chinese reading, writing, and conversation. In the context of globalization, the deepening of educational cooperation between China and Saudi Arabia has spurred cultural exchanges. The Saudi government has implemented several policies to support bilateral cultural education, further enhancing cultural and political mutual trust between the two nations.
