Abstract

There are some problems in the traditional training of high-skill talents in water supply and drainage, such as the lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in the training and the failure of the training mode to adapt to the training objectives under the new situation. In the context of smart water management, this paper analyzes the key strategies for cultivating technical skills in water supply and drainage professionals. It emphasizes the importance of leveraging specialized industry colleges to precisely position talent training to better meet the demands of the sector; curriculum system innovation construction; teaching model innovation practice; "Post Training Competition Certificate" integrates multi-dimensional enhancement of students' ability, aiming at providing new ideas and methods for the cultivation of highly skilled talents in water supply and drainage specialty. At Shenzhen Vocational and Technical School, we explored and practiced, ultimately achieving outstanding results in talent development.
