Study on the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients with Advanced Cancer

Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer. Methods: 60 patients with advanced cancer treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into study group and routine group. The number of patients in each group was 30. The former was given soothing nursing and the latter was given routine nursing. The improvement of life quality of patients after nursing intervention was compared. Results: in the comparison of quality of life, the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). In the comparison of pain scores, anxiety and depression scores, the scores of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of soothing nursing intervention in patients with advanced cancer will improve the quality of life of patients, improve their bad mood and reduce their pain, which is worthy of application.
