Abstract
The development of the construction industry is an important foundation for China's economic development, and to a certain extent, it guarantees the sustained and stable growth of the national economy. However, the sustainable development of the construction industry also faces huge challenges. Among them, the effective integration and innovation of construction work in the economic management of engineering construction has become inevitable. With the continuous deepening of China's economic system reform, relevant engineering departments have used a series of management methods closely related to engineering projects in their work, which have promoted the development of the construction industry. This article analyzes and discusses from multiple levels such as construction units, engineering management and project managers, in order to provide reference and reference for the management of the construction industry.
