Abstract
Rural revitalization is a cornerstone of socialism with Chinese characteristics and is essential to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The 19th National Congress report emphasized that resolving issues related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers—the "three rural issues"—is critical for national development. Addressing these challenges must remain the Party's primary focus, with the rural revitalization strategy playing a central role in achieving this goal. However, rural governance faces increasing complexity and urgency as urbanization progresses. This paper seeks to analyze these challenges in depth and propose effective strategies to improve rural governance. The objective is to promote sustainable, balanced, and coordinated development in rural areas, ensuring that economic growth is aligned with social and environmental goals. By implementing these comprehensive governance strategies, the aim is to create thriving rural communities that are economically vibrant, ecologically sustainable, and socially cohesive, securing the long-term success of China’s rural revitalization efforts.
