An Analysis of the Practical Effect of Introducing Case Teaching Method into Vascular Surgery Teaching

Abstract

By selecting 2023 vascular surgery trainees from a hospital, 100 students were divided into two groups in advance, and different teaching modes were adopted for the two groups of students. One group imparted theoretical knowledge and observed cases in group teaching, while the other group adopted the case teaching method. Teachers collected typical cases in combination with the teaching syllabus, and students consulted knowledge independently, thought independently, and compared the final effect of different teaching methods. It is found that case teaching method can fully stimulate students' learning interest, enhance students' active learning ability, and cultivate students' clinical thinking and scientific research ability. It is suitable for the practice teaching of vascular surgery and has great significance for improving the quality of clinical probation teaching.
