Abstract

With the rapid development of digital technology, the dance teaching environment is undergoing unprecedented changes. In this study, the qualitative analysis method is used to deeply discuss the changes in dance teachers' roles under the digital background. Through a literature review, this paper sorts out and analyzes the existing research on the influence of digitalization on education, paying special attention to the particularity and complexity of dance teaching. Through semi-structured interviews, the teachers of famous dance colleges were interviewed to collect their practical experiences and feelings in using digital teaching tools and platforms. In addition, through classroom observation, the interaction between teachers and students and the transmission effect of teaching content is recorded in real time to explore how digital tools change teaching strategies and students' learning methods. It is found that in the digital teaching environment, the role of dance teachers is not only to impart skills but also to integrate resources, guide learning and promote interaction. In experimental group 2 (video + interaction), the interaction was added on the basis of video teaching, which further improved the coverage rate to 95%, almost perfect. This study not only enhances our understanding of dance teaching in the digital age but also provides new perspectives and strategies for dance education practitioners, prompting them to rethink and position their teaching roles while meeting technical challenges, so as to better adapt to the new normal of education.
