Abstract

As a key platform for training future teachers and shaping the future builders and successors of the country, normal colleges and universities bear important social responsibilities and educational missions. The funding work of regular colleges is not only related to the personal growth and development of students but also serves as a powerful starting point for enhancing students' ideological and political literacy. This can significantly foster gratitude, responsibility, and social awareness among regular students. Through investigation, it has been found that there are several issues in local normal colleges, including a shortage of teachers, low effectiveness, and a lack of innovation. In order to address the aforementioned issues, this paper proposes to discuss enhancing funding efficiency from three perspectives: continuous optimization of a high-quality development system, strengthening teacher team construction, and innovating funding modes. These efforts aim to bolster the effectiveness and impact of funding education in regular colleges and to nurture future teachers with a strong sense of responsibility and purpose.
